Sebastiaan Hooghiemstra is an associate in the investment funds practice of NautaDutilh Luxembourg. He assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures. Prior to joining NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, he was a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Utrecht and worked as a Research Associate at the University of Liechtenstein. He recently obtained a Ph.d. in Financial Law from Utrecht University.
