The CEO and Co-Founder of Boston-Based User Experience Agency Fresh Tilled Soil, Richard wears the strategic hat around the office. He's worked his way up the web marketing food chain, starting with online ad sales at MultiChoice, Africa’s largest TV and Internet media business. Richard was in the thick of it during the heady dot-com years, founding Acceleration, an international e-marketing business headquartered in London. He has never met a whiteboard he didn't like.

Martin Eriksson is a product management professional with 20 years experience building leading online products, from small startups to global brands, such as Monster and The Financial Times. He is the founder of ProductTank, a global meetup for product people with over 50,000 members across 100+ cities worldwide. He is also the co-founder of Mind The Product, which is both a top ten blog for product management and the world's largest product management and design conference, with annual events in San Francisco and London.

Nate started his first company in 2004 – a medical device start-up named Paramed, where he revolutionized medical evacuation with Paraslyde. Stryker Medical acquired Paramed in 2009 and Nate became the lead of global R&D at the Stryker emergency services division. In 2011, Nate left Stryker to build Brightface, a product development company that focused on mobile and web applications. Cycleface was one of those products and was acquired by Strava, the #1 fitness app for endurance athletes. Nate then became the Chief of Research and Innovation at Tanner Labs, a technology research and development division that Nate founded inside O.C. Tanner Recognition Company where he built their first human-centered product development team. In January 2015 Nate was named the Chief Product Officer for Pluralsight, the largest providers of online technology learning for the technology community, where he built a product team that is centered on user experience including; Product Managers, UX Designers, Analysts, and Research Operations. In February 2016 Nate’s role expanded to Chief Experience Office to also oversee Development, Content, and Product Marketing.
